    Clone the repository

    $ git clone https://github.com/AkshayanAH112/Saloon-management-system.git
    $ cd Saloon-management-system

    Start the API

    $ cd backend
    $ npm install
    $ node server.js

    Uses mongodb://localhost:27017/saloon-booking unless MONGO_URI is set. Runs on :5000.

    Run the mobile app (new terminal)

    $ cd mobile_app
    $ flutter pub get
    $ flutter run

A cross-platform salon booking and management app built with Flutter and Dart, backed by a Node.js/Express REST API with MongoDB for shops, bookings, and user data.
